Q: What shipping options are available?

Orders will be processed on business days M-F (holidays excluded). Orders are typically processed the same day as received. Shipping times vary depending on location and selected shipping options. Back ordered and/or specialty items and other parts may require additional processing time. If the delivery company has issues with your package we will contact you via e-mail.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, shipping internationally is available on select products. Please contact customer service for additional details on rates and availabilities.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email. During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and should obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact our Customer Service Department at 605-336-6531 to discuss the reason for the return and make the necessary arrangements. The amount of the refund will be based on the purchase price of your products and may include a restocking fee.
